The Board has decided to appoint Dr. Zhang Qian as an independent non-executive director, effective from May 14, 2026, with a term ending at the Company's annual general meeting, at which she may be eligible for re-election.
Dr. Zhang will also be appointed as a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee, effective from May 14, 2026.
