Brightstar Bio-Pharmaceuticals (06955) announced that, in accordance with the general authorization approved by the shareholders of the company at the company's annual general meeting held on June 5, 2025, for the repurchase of shares, and (if applicable) any general authorization for the repurchase of shares approved by shareholders at the company's general meetings from time to time, it intends to repurchase company shares with a total value not exceeding HK$200 million on the open market from time to time.
