Recently, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS.US) announced the latest leadership changes. Stephan Feldgoise, Co-Head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions, and Joshua Schiffrin, who is set to become the global head of banking and markets, have been appointed as partners on the management committee. At the same time, committee member Ericka Leslie has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
In her role as CAO, Ericka Leslie will focus on driving the implementation of OneGS 3.0, helping the company advance its operational transformation, and creating more resources for business growth. She will continue to serve as a member of the management committee.
The management committee of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is the highest level management body responsible for overseeing strategy, capital allocation, and senior leadership decisions. Its members meet weekly to set the company's agenda. With the addition of the two new members, the total number of management committee members will reach 47.
