(referred to as "Hebong Group") has arranged funds to reduce its company holdings by no more than 5,229,800 shares through centralized bidding, representing no more than 1% of the total share capital. It also plans to reduce its company holdings by no more than 10,459,600 shares through block trading, representing no more than 2% of the total share capital.
