According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 5th, Xiamen KETOP Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as KETOP) has submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and CMBC CAPITAL as its joint sponsors. Prior to this, the company had submitted applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 29, 2025, and October 31, 2025. The prospectus shows that KETOP is a smart parking space operator, promoting the transformation of urban parking. Since its establishment in 2006, KETOP has developed into a comprehensive parking industry group integrating smart parking systems, smart parking management services, and parking lot operations. According to the Insight Consulting report, based on the revenue in 2024, KETOP is also ranked second in the smart parking space operation industry in China, with a market share of 3.3%.
