PACIFIC LEGEND (08547): 1.4916 billion unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed

Pacific Legend (08547) announced that on April 23, 2026 (Thursday) at 4:00 pm, which is the deadline for the underwritten shares not subscribed by subscribers, a total of 149.16 million shares of underwritten shares (including unsubscribed shares from non-qualified shareholders) were successfully sold to no less than 6 underwriters at a price of HK$0.10 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) as per the underwriting terms. Therefore, there is no net proceeds available for distribution to non-participating shareholders or excluded shareholders under the compensation arrangement. Based on the acceptance of the allotment of the shares and the results of the compensation arrangement, a total of 296 million shares will be allocated and issued for the shares allotted, equivalent to 99.998% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the rights issue.
