On May 4th, the interbank lending rate continued to fluctuate, with the one-month interbank lending rate related to the property market reported at 2.4431%, an increase of 0.072 basis points.
On May 4th, the interest rates continued to fluctuate, and the one-month interbank offered rate (IBOR) related to mortgages rose by 0.072 basis points to 2.4431%. The three-month IBOR, which reflects the cost of bank funds, rose by 0.214 basis points to 2.60708%. The overnight IBOR fell by 31.345 basis points to 2.57726%, while the one-week IBOR dropped by 15.059 basis points to 2.44262%. The two-week IBOR increased by 1.256 basis points to 2.44262%. In terms of longer-term rates, the six-month IBOR rose by 0.096 basis points to 2.72679%, while the one-year IBOR fell by 0.185 basis points to 2.9875%.
