On May 3, Zhu Hexin, Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, went to Uzbekistan to attend the Central Bank Governors' Meeting of ASEAN, China, Japan, and Korea (CKH HOLDINGS). The meeting mainly discussed the impact of the Middle East situation on the global and regional macroeconomic situation, the improvement of the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization mechanism, and the ASEAN Plus Three Macroeconomic Research Office.
Before the meeting, Zhu Hexin attended the first dialogue meeting between ASEAN and China, Japan, and Korea central banks, and exchanged views on regional cross-border payment cooperation and other topics.
