DAIDO GROUP (00544) has completed the issuance of 5.8022 million subscription shares.

DAIDO GROUP (00544) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription has been completed on April 30, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The subscriber has successfully subscribed for 5.8022 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$2.00 per share. The 5.8022 million subscription shares represent approximately 12.95% of the issued share capital of the Company immediately prior to the completion of the subscription, and approximately 11.46% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company after the issuance of the subscription shares.
