DEFENG SOLIFE (08403) announces that Mr. Li Min has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, while Ms. Qiu Yandan has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective as of April 23, 2026. As of April 23, 2026, the composition of the Board of Directors has changed as follows: (i) Mr. Li has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; and (ii) Ms. Qiu has resigned as a member of the Audit Committee.
