Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls(02050): Li Zhimi has been appointed as Co-Secretary of the Company.

Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls (02050) announced that due to work arrangements, Mr. Hu Kaicheng (Mr. Hu) has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary of the company, effective from April 22, 2026. The Board further announced that Ms. He Yongya (Ms. He) has resigned as (i) the Joint Company Secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK); and (iii) the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules and section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong, effective from April 22, 2026, in order to focus on her professional responsibilities and personal matters, as well as to pay more attention to customer business and strategic management. Ms. Li Zhimi and Ms. Guo Enting have been appointed as the Joint Company Secretaries of the company, effective from April 22, 2026. Ms. Guo has also been appointed as the authorized representative and the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices, effective from April 22, 2026.
