HUANXI MEDIA (01003) has completed the issuance of 728 million subscribed shares and the issuance of 731 million subscription warrants.

HUANXI MEDIA (01003) announced that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share subscription agreement and the share warrant subscription agreement, the delivery of the share warrants and the completion of the subscription matters will be implemented on April 21, 2026. The company has issued and allotted 7.28 billion subscription shares to C River Limited (a related party of the subscriber) at a subscription price of HK$0.30 per share on April 21, 2026. According to the share subscription agreement, the subscriber has the right to transfer its rights under the share subscription agreement to its related parties. The company has also issued 7.31 billion subscription warrants to C River Limited (a related party of the warrant subscriber) at an issue price of HK$0.01 per warrant on April 21, 2026. The exercise price of each warrant is HK$0.44. According to the warrant subscription agreement, the warrant subscriber has the right to subscribe for warrants through its related parties. The shares issued upon exercise of the warrants will be issued and allotted according to the warrant special mandate.
