As Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants LLP has been proposed by the company's controlling shareholder New Dragon International Group Limited (Stock code: 00529) to be appointed as the new auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, the Board of Directors and the Company's Audit Committee believes that appointing the same auditor for both the company and its controlling shareholder will help coordinate the consistency of the audit work, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the overall audit of the group. The resolution to appoint Ernst & Young as the company's auditor shall take effect from the end of the 2026 shareholders' meeting and remain in place until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting of the company.
