AUSTASIA GROUP(02425): Yang Ku promotes to be Chief Executive Officer
The Aoyu Group (02425) announced that Mr. Edgar Dowse Collins has resigned as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group effective from the close of business on April 20, 2026; the current Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Yang Ku will be promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Group from April 21, 2026, and will continue to serve as an Executive Director; and the current Operations Manager Mr. Zhang Haicheng will be promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Group from April 21, 2026, and will continue to report to Mr. Yang.

Additionally, the current Operations Manager, Mr. Zhang Haicheng, will be promoted to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer starting from April 21, 2026, and will continue to report to Mr. Yang.
