CITIC Securities (06099) issued an announcement that the Board of Directors decided to nominate Mr. Tao Wu and Mr. Gao Hong as candidates for non-executive directors of the eighth Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on April 20, 2026. The appointment of Mr. Tao and Mr. Gao will only take effect after being approved by ordinary resolution at the shareholders' meeting.
