QINGSONG HEALTH (02661) announced that as of April 17, 2026, Ms. Wang Jing has decided to retire from her positions as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company in order to dedicate more time to her personal affairs. After resigning as an Executive Director, Ms. Wang Jing will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05. Following her retirement, Ms. Wang Jing will be appointed as a Senior Consultant of the company starting from April 18, 2026, to continue providing consulting support for the group's strategic development and capital operation. As of April 17, 2026, Mr. Bai Kun has resigned from his positions as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee due to his personal career commitments. As of April 17, 2026: Ms. Yang Yin (Executive Director) has been appointed as the authorized representative.
