FORTIOR (01304) announced that in order to further expand the company's industrial investment layout with the help of professional investment institutions' experience and resources, and to seize investment opportunities in the field of innovative applications related to the industry where the company operates, optimize the company's investment structure, and promote the long-term development of the company, the company, as a limited partner, will subscribe to 31.7460% of the property share of Huaxin Hongxin with its own funds totaling RMB 50 million. It is reported that Huaxin Hongxin mainly invests in growth-stage and mature-stage enterprises in the semiconductor industry, industrial, high-tech, electronic, and other related areas of the semiconductor industry chain (including software and service businesses). This investment is synergistic with the company's main business of integrated circuit research and design. The main investment method of the partnership enterprise is equity investment, with a long investment cycle and low liquidity.
