Wanma Holdings (06928) announced that all preconditions listed in the subscription agreement have been met and the subscription was completed on April 10, 2026. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, a total of 90 million subscription shares were issued and allotted to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.1748 per share under the general mandate.

On April 10, NetEase Music (09899) spent HK$14.9998 million to repurchase 119,600 shares.

The Dafeng Sukai (08403) plans to discount about 19.46% for the maximum issuance of 15.2 million shares. The net proceeds are approximately 35.70 million Hong Kong dollars.
