(Rui Ming Technology, 002970.SZ) has submitted its listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited acting as its exclusive sponsor. This is the second time the company has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, having previously submitted a listing application on September 29, 2025.
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on April 2, Shenzhen Streamax Technology Co., Ltd. (Streamax Technology, 002970.SZ) has submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board, with CICC as its sole sponsor. This is the company's second time submitting documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, having previously submitted a listing application on September 29, 2025. The prospectus shows that Streamax Technology is a leading global provider of AI solutions for commercial vehicles. According to Frost & Sullivan data, based on 2025 continued operating revenue, the company's market share in the global commercial vehicle market for visual AI solutions is 7.2%.
