According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 2, CarThink Technology Holdings Limited (referred to as CarThink Technology) has submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as the exclusive sponsor. CarThink Technology's platform has always focused on providing services to enterprises, and according to Frost & Sullivan, it ranks first among China's automotive aftermarket enterprise empowerment platforms in terms of annual GMV, cumulative SKU numbers, and registered automotive service store numbers by 2025.
