Announcement from Yuet Jiang (02432): Due to internal work schedule adjustments, Mr. Wang Yong has resigned as Co-Secretary of the Company, effective April 2, 2026, but he will continue to serve as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Deputy General Manager. Mr. Ni Yaoqing has been appointed as Co-Secretary, effective April 2, 2026.
DOBOT (02432) announced that Mr. Wang Yong has resigned as the Co-Secretary of the Company due to internal work arrangement adjustments, effective from April 2, 2026. However, he will continue to serve as an executive director, Chief Financial Officer, and Deputy General Manager. Mr. Ni Yaoqing has been appointed as the Co-Secretary, effective from April 2, 2026.
