SDITC (01697) announced that Mr. Yue Zengguang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the board, executive director, Chairman of the board's Strategy and Risk Management Committee, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and member of the Trust and Consumer Rights Protection Committee due to work adjustments. In order to ensure the orderly operation of the company's governance, Mr. Yue will continue to carry out the above responsibilities until the new relevant personnel take office. The Board recommends appointing Mr. Zhao Zikun as the Executive Director of the company, and Chairman of the board's Strategy and Risk Management Committee, and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Zhao's qualifications as a director must be approved by the shareholders at a shareholders' meeting and approved by the regulatory authority of the National Financial Regulatory Administration before they can take effect.
