CH CITY INFRA (02349) announced that independent non-executive director Ms. Kuang Meiyun (Ms. Kuang) has been transferred to non-executive director. Due to this transfer, she has also resigned as a member of the company's remuneration committee, nomination committee, and audit committee, effective from April 2, 2026. The board further announced that Ms. Chen Kaixin (Ms. Chen) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and audit committee, effective from April 2, 2026.
