Autograph International (00381) announced that on April 2, 2026, the company intends to issue 147.3 million subscription shares to Ms. Ou Zhu at a subscription price of approximately HK$0.270 per subscription share. The subscription amount of approximately HK$39.77 million payable by the subscriber under the subscription agreement will be settled by offsetting the entire amount of debt owed. The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 19.40% to the closing market price per share of HK$0.335 as reported on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on the date of the subscription agreement.
