Kao Sheng Group Holdings (01283) announced that Mr. Chen Changda has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from April 1, 2026, due to personal retirement plans. On the same day, he also stepped down as the chairman of the nomination committee, audit committee, and remuneration committee. Mr. Chen Keqin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, effective from April 1, 2026.
