The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the sale of equity in subsidiary Changtai Service Group Limited (Changtai Service) by the group during the year, which resulted in Changtai Service not being included in the group's consolidated financial statements since August 2025. Excluding this impact, the group's revenue was approximately 6.487 billion yuan, a slight increase compared to the previous year.

This was mainly due to a contraction in the real estate business volume, as well as the group's continued acceptance of this business based on market principles, leading to a continuous decrease in revenue for the year ending on December 31, 2025.
