CNNC INT'L (02302) announced its annual performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, with revenue of HKD 2.49 billion, a year-on-year increase of 35.2%; net profit of HKD 192 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; and basic earnings per share of 39.3 HK cents. Despite a slight decrease in profit margin, this year's revenue saw a significant increase. The increase in revenue was mainly attributed to transactions with independent third parties in the group's uranium trading business, as well as an overall increase in trading volume from ongoing related party transactions. With spot uranium prices relatively stable in the second half of 2024 and the current year, the group was able to expand its uranium trading activities in a risk-controlled environment, which also helped the group fulfill the backlog demand for uranium products under the related party transaction framework from 2024.
