Tianjin Entrepreneurship Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (01065) announced that on March 25, 2026, the board of directors approved the signing of a heating secondary network agreement (C block) between Tianjin Jiayuan Shengchuang (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Tianjin City Construction. According to this agreement, Tianjin City Construction entrusts Tianjin Jiayuan Shengchuang to organize the design and construction of heating secondary network facilities within the residential area of Hou Tai C block (phase one and two) project.
