UNITY GP HLDGS (01539) announces that on a voluntary basis, the company entered into a High-Performance Computing Service Lease Agreement with Multipolar on March 20, 2026. Under the terms of this agreement, the group will provide High-Performance Computing (GPU) services in Indonesia through trade, and Multipolar will act as a distributor to order and resell these services to end-users in Indonesia. Multipolar is a publicly listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (stock code: MLPT), and is a leading provider of information technology infrastructure, cloud services, hybrid data centers, data analytics, network security, and AI-driven solutions in Indonesia. Multipolar partners with global institutions to drive digital transformation in the healthcare, education, finance, and real estate sectors in Indonesia. Multipolar is a member company of the LIPPO Group in Indonesia. According to the group's interim report for the six months ended September 30, 2025, the group has developed business strategies to address the high power consumption needs of high-performance computing, and has collaborated with AI data centers on energy-saving initiatives. These efforts have provided valuable insights and connections for the group to understand the huge potential and growth prospects in the AI computing sector market. The group plans to provide these services through trade. The terms of the agreement were negotiated fairly and in accordance with normal commercial terms. During this period, the group has been in discussions with NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) and an industry expert (referred to as suppliers) to procure these services and subsequently distribute them to Multipolar. The group and Multipolar will also provide local assistance to suppliers on relevant matters, including advising on suitable data center locations with sufficient power supply and meeting other applicable standards such as B300. The group will provide these services to Multipolar without incurring any capital expenditure.
