Luzhou Bank (01983) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Liu Shirong, the President of the Bank, on March 23, 2026. Due to reaching retirement age, Mr. Liu resigned from the position of President, with the resignation taking effect upon delivery of the written resignation letter to the Board of Directors. After resigning as President, Mr. Liu will be reassigned as a non-executive director (employee representative director) with immediate effect, and will continue to serve as a member of the Board's related party transaction control committee and risk management committee.
Luzhou Bank (01983) announced that on March 23, 2026, the Board of Directors received a written resignation from Mr. Liu Shirong, the President of the Bank, due to his approaching retirement age. Mr. Liu resigned from his position as President, effective upon the submission of his written resignation to the Board of Directors. After resigning as President, Mr. Liu will be appointed as a non-executive director (staff director) with immediate effect, and will continue to serve as a member of the Board's related party transaction control committee and risk management committee. To ensure the orderly conduct of daily operational management, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Wang Chong, Vice President, to temporarily exercise the powers of the President from the date of submission of the report to the financial regulatory authorities. The Board of Directors also announced that on March 23, 2026, they received a written resignation from Ms. Xue Xiaoqin, Vice President of the Bank, due to her approaching retirement age. Ms. Xue's resignation from the position of Vice President is effective upon submission of her written resignation to the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the Board of Directors announced that on March 23, 2026, they received a written resignation from Mr. Wang Chong, who resigned from his position as the President of the bank's Chengdu branch due to work adjustments. Mr. Wang's resignation from the position of Chengdu branch President is effective upon submission of his written resignation to the Board of Directors. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang will continue to serve as Vice President of the Bank. To ensure the orderly conduct of daily operational management at the Chengdu branch, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Guo Changliang, Vice President of the Chengdu branch, to temporarily exercise the powers of the President of the Chengdu branch from the date of submission of the report to the financial regulatory authorities.
