Looking back on the year, the group focused on "technologicalization" and innovation capacity building throughout the value chain. At the level of mechanism construction, an institutional support system covering the entire research process was established, and mechanisms such as "open bidding for leadership" in research management were deepened. In terms of research and development innovation, progress was made in key areas such as developing a 100 tons/day waste-to-charcoal process package, fly ash recycling process package, completing research experiments on crop straw "neutral gas explosion + enzymatic hydrolysis," and independently developing and manufacturing a miniature waste incinerator. In terms of application of achievements, energy saving, and information technology were used for the conversion and application of technology: the biogas efficient co-incineration with waste technology assisted in the implementation of biogas external sales business for projects under the group; breakthroughs were made in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) high-dust denitrification technology for biomass boilers with water-cooled vibrating grate; the key technology for efficient thermal decomposition of waste power batteries and the complete set of equipment for recovery of valuable components (Power Battery Recovery Technology and Equipment) were selected for the national catalog, contributing to the creation of the first battery recycling demonstration project in Jiangsu Province. In terms of digitalization and enhancement, the effectiveness of intelligent electric power technologies such as unattended slag handling was demonstrated; the automation level of sewage treatment plants continued to improve; the "Equipment Cloud Service" platform was launched to establish a fully digitized service system for equipment technology products; the upgrade work of the overall system data governance and intelligent platform was steadily carried out, providing strong support for management decision-making. Looking back on the year, the group accelerated its "internationalization" and steadily built global service capabilities. In terms of market layout, both priorities were taken into account, and multiple breakthroughs were achieved: the group won two waste-to-energy projects in Uzbekistan, achieving a key strategic layout in Central Asia; light asset businesses were implemented in markets such as Egypt, Thailand, and Malaysia, with the contract value of overseas equipment sales reaching a new high, and the technology and service export mode becoming increasingly mature, consolidating the business path of "market-oriented exports"; representative offices were established in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Central Asia to promote the transformation of overseas expansion organization structure from "project-driven" to "regionally cultivated." In terms of global capacity building, the group actively participated and organized high-level, high-level international exchange activities from the perspectives of professional insights, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practice, etc., continuously enhancing the global industry brand influence. The group deepened its "ecological" development and focused on building a multi-level, open and collaborative industrial ecosystem. In terms of business ecology, efforts were made to promote the continuous extension of the industrial chain and internal coordination: continued expansion of collaborative services such as waste-to-energy for heating and steam supply; development of the supply of bio natural gas; creation of market-oriented equipment and technological products such as power battery recycling technology and equipment. In terms of energy ecology, the pace of innovation integration accelerated: relying on the "Virtual Power Plant" platform to conduct electricity trading, with the scale of electricity sales business users continuing to expand; the "Zero Carbon Park" model providing comprehensive energy and environmental solutions. In terms of social ecology, efforts were made to promote the construction of a national-level environmental protection equipment manufacturing innovation center, establish an integrated platform for the environmental protection manufacturing industry with the "industry-university-research-application" integration; the group systematically connected with government departments, associations, and partners from all walks of life through strategic cooperation, in-depth research and exchanges to build a broad cooperation network, laying a long-term cooperation foundation.
