March LPR quotation released: 5-year and 1-year interest rates remain unchanged.
The Loan Prime Rate (LPR) on March 20, 2026 is as follows: The 1-year LPR is 3.0%, which is the same as last month; The LPR for 5 years and above is 3.5%, which is also the same as last month. The above LPR is effective until the next release of LPR.
On March 20, the People's Bank of China authorized the National Interbank Funding Center to announce that the loan prime rate (LPR) for March 20, 2026 is 3.0% for 1 year and 3.5% for 5 years and above. These LPR rates will be effective until the next release of LPR.
