CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced that it is expected to record a net loss of approximately HK$270 million to HK$290 million for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2025, compared to the net loss of HK$83.85 million recorded in 2024. The loss for this year is expected to widen. The main reason for the further expansion of the net loss this year is the continued sluggishness in the commercial real estate rental market in mainland China, especially in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, leading to increased losses from the decrease in fair value of the company's investment properties compared to 2024.
