CHERISH SUN (01094) announces that Mr. Shi Jincheng has resigned as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 19, 2026. Ms. Deng Hua has resigned as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, effective from March 19, 2026. Ms. Wang Xiaoqiong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Audit Committee, effective from March 19, 2026. Mr. Zhao Zhijiao, an independent non-executive director and Co-Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, effective from March 19, 2026. Mr. Liu Wenjie has resigned as the authorized representative under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, effective from March 19, 2026. After Mr. Liu's resignation from the above positions, Mr. Shi has been appointed as the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, effective from March 19, 2026.
