BOMESC Offshore Engineering's subsidiary signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Single Buoy Moorings Inc.

BOMESC Offshore Engineering (603727.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin BOMESC Offshore Engineering Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianjin BOMESC Offshore Engineering"), has recently signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Single Buoy Moorings Inc. The two parties, based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and long-term stability, have reached initial cooperation intentions in areas such as the manufacturing, integration, and related construction services of the upper modules of offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) projects.
