Beijing, March 13 (Xinhua) - Xinhua News Agency was authorized to release the full text of the "Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China" on the 13th. The resolution on the outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development was approved at the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress on March 12, deciding to approve the outline.
