Hengyi Holdings (01894) announced that, starting from March 10, 2026, Mr. Lin Ruzhou has resigned as an executive director due to other business arrangements; Mr. Han Fei has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company as well as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee due to other business arrangements. Mr. Wei Huaping has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
