World Digital Economic Industry (03708) has announced that Ms. Chen Ying-ting has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from March 10, 2026.
WORLD DIGI ECON (03708) announces that Mr. Tam Siu has resigned from the following positions: (i) Company Secretary; (ii) Authorized Representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) Authorized Representative for the receipt of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The resignation is effective from March 10, 2026.
Ms. Chan Ying Ting has been appointed as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Agent for legal process documents, effective from March 10, 2026.
