JIANGSU EXPRESS(00177): Chen Yunjiang resigns as Chairman

The Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway (00177) announced that the Board of Directors of Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the resignation letter from Chairman Chen Yunjiang on March 3, 2026. Due to changes in work circumstances, Mr. Chen Yunjiang applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board, convener of the Board's Strategic Committee, and Director of the Company. After resigning, Mr. Chen Yunjiang will not hold any position in the Company.

JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announces that the Board of Directors of JIANGSU EXPRESS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a letter of resignation from Chairman Chen Yunjiang on March 3, 2026. Mr. Chen Yunjiang resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, convener of the Board's Strategic Committee, and Director of the Company due to work-related reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Chen Yunjiang will not hold any position in the Company.
