Suzhou Novosense Microelectronics (02676) announced its 2025 annual performance report, with total operating revenue of approximately RMB 3.368 billion, a year-on-year increase of 71.8%; the net loss attributable to the owners of the parent company was approximately RMB 241 million, a year-on-year decrease of 40.16%; basic loss per share was RMB 1.7. During the reporting period, the company's operating revenue increased by 71.80%, mainly due to the following two factors: (1) steady growth in demand in the downstream automotive electronics sector, with the company's automotive electronic products continuing to increase in volume; overall recovery in the pan-energy sector, with most customers in the photovoltaic and energy storage fields returning to normal demand, and rapid growth in demand from server power customers driven by AI; (2) the consolidation of Maigen enriched the company's product portfolio, and its business contribution had a positive impact on the revenue growth of this period. The narrowing of losses mainly came from synchronous improvements on the revenue and cost sides: 1) on the revenue side, the recovery of demand in the downstream market, the mass production of new products, and the consolidation of Maigen drove a significant growth in the company's shipments and revenue; 2) on the cost side, the company continued to deepen lean management and organization efficiency, resulting in a decrease in the overall cost of revenue ratio, driving improvement in profitability.
