Bank of China Gold Leasing (01606) announced that the Company, as the lessor, entered into a financial leasing contract with Beijing Shenzhou Car Rental Co., Ltd. as the lessee on February 27, 2026 (after trading hours), under which (i) the lessor agrees to purchase the leased property from the lessee at a price of approximately RMB 257 million, and (ii) the lessor agrees to lease the leased property to the lessee for a term of 60 months (this transaction).

CDB LEASING (01606) announced that on February 27, 2026 (after trading hours), the company, as lessor, entered into a financial leasing contract with lessee Beijing Shenzhou Car Rental Co., Ltd., whereby (i) the lessor agreed to purchase the leased assets from the lessee for approximately RMB 257 million, and (ii) the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a period of 60 months (the current transaction). The leased assets in this transaction are several vehicles owned by the lessee located in various parts of China. This financial leasing contract was entered into by the company as part of its regular business operations. Entering into this financial leasing contract will contribute to increasing the company's revenue from leasing business and is in line with the company's business development strategy.
