Hengyu Group (02448) announced that, in accordance with Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the Company has the right to submit a request for a review of the decision to cancel its listing status to the Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange within seven business days from the date of the decision to cancel its listing status (i.e. on or before February 20, 2026). If the Company decides not to request a review, the last day of share listing will be February 25, 2026, and the listing of shares will be cancelled from 9:00 am on February 26, 2026.
