IMMUNOTECH-B (06978) completes the issuance of new convertible bonds and notes.

Eternal Biology-B (06978) announces that all the conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been met or waived (if applicable), and new convertible bonds with a principal amount of RMB 270 million and notes with a principal amount of RMB 30 million have been issued to investors in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. As of the date of this announcement, the proceeds of the subscription have been specifically used to fully and finally settle the principal amount of the 2023 convertible bond, due on February 20, 2026.
