HMVOD(08103) has reached a settlement agreement with the plaintiff.

HMVOD (08103) announces that the company has entered into a settlement agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with the plaintiff with an execution date of January 29, 2026. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the parties agree that the company shall pay the plaintiff a sum of HK$6.8738 million (the "Settlement Payment") in full and final settlement of any and all claims or legal rights that the plaintiff may have against the company, whether presently or in the future, relating to the subject matter of the lawsuit. Upon payment of the Settlement Payment, the plaintiff shall cause the company to be released and discharged from any further performance obligations under the judgment, and waive any claims that have been, may be, or should have been made against the company (except those related to the enforcement of the Settlement Agreement). As of the date of this announcement, the Settlement Payment has been fully settled. On February 13, 2026, the plaintiff and the company jointly signed and submitted a consent summons to the High Court, including terminating and withdrawing the lawsuit and the appeal of the judgment.
