Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau reported an increase in operating income of $33.4 million and $7.7 million respectively for the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, while Las Vegas operations and Encore Boston Harbor reported a decrease of $11.4 million and $2.5 million respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
WYNN MACAU (01128) announced the performance of its controlling shareholder, WYNN RESORTS, LIMITED, for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2025. The operating income of Wynn Palace and WYNN MACAU in the fourth quarter of 2025 increased by USD 33.4 million and USD 7.7 million respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. However, the Las Vegas operations and Encore Boston Harbor decreased by USD 11.4 million and USD 2.5 million respectively from the fourth quarter of 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the adjusted property EBITDAR of Las Vegas operations, Wynn Palace, Encore Boston Harbor, and WYNN MACAU decreased by USD 26.6 million, USD 21.1 million, USD 1.8 million, and USD 0.7 million respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
For the full year ending December 31, 2025, the operating income of Wynn Palace and Las Vegas operations increased by USD 89.7 million and USD 1.1 million respectively compared to the full year ending December 31, 2024, while WYNN MACAU and Encore Boston Harbor decreased by USD 54 million and USD 10.3 million respectively.
For the full year ending December 31, 2025, the adjusted property EBITDAR of Wynn Palace, WYNN MACAU, Las Vegas operations, and Encore Boston Harbor decreased by USD 50.8 million, USD 39.7 million, USD 44.4 million, and USD 10.4 million respectively compared to the full year ending December 31, 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Wynn Palace had an operating income of USD 596.4 million, an increase of USD 33.4 million from the fourth quarter of 2024. The adjusted property EBITDAR of Wynn Palace in the fourth quarter of 2025 was USD 163.5 million, compared to USD 184.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The win percentage for mass market tables was 21.8%, lower than the 26.0% recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024. The VIP win percentage as a percentage of turnover was 2.84%, below the property's expected range of 3.1% to 3.4% and also lower than the 3.51% recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, WYNN MACAU had an operating income of USD 371.3 million, an increase of USD 7.7 million from the fourth quarter of 2024. The adjusted property EBITDAR of WYNN MACAU in the fourth quarter of 2025 was USD 107.4 million, compared to USD 108.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. The win percentage for mass market tables was 17.0%, lower than the 17.9% recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024. The VIP win percentage as a percentage of turnover was 3.49%, higher than the property's expected range of 3.1% to 3.4%, and lower than the 5.01% recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024.
