HOLLWIN URBAN (02529) announced that Mr. Wang Guofu has resigned as an executive director of the company, co-company secretary, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from February 12, 2026. Following Mr. Wang Guofu's resignation, Mr. Duan Wenming, an executive director and CFO of the company, has been appointed as the co-company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from February 12, 2026. Mr. Lin Gengchi will continue to serve as the other co-company secretary.
