Minimally Invasive Cardiac-B (02160) announced that the share consolidation will take effect on February 24, 2026 (Tuesday). Trading of the consolidated shares will begin at 9:00 am on February 24, 2026 (Tuesday). Following the effective date of the share consolidation and assuming no issuance, repurchase, or cancellation of additional existing shares from the date of this announcement until the effective date of the share consolidation, 1.273 billion consolidated shares will be issued and fully paid up.
