Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals (002215.SZ) subsidiary signs blueberry new variety license agreement with MBO

NOPSEMA (002215.SZ) announced that the company recently learned that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IMBERRI (also known as the "Loveberry Estate Agricultural Group Limited"), has signed a licensing agreement with MOUNTAIN BLUE ORCHARDS PTY LTD ("MBO") regarding the intellectual property rights of a new blueberry variety. According to the agreement, MBO will license several patent intellectual properties to Loveberry Estate, allowing them to plant and commercially operate the licensed varieties within the designated area, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals (002215.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ai Meizhuang Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ai Meizhuang Group", referred to as "IMBERRI" in the license agreement), has signed a "License Agreement" with MOUNTAIN BLUE ORCHARDS PTY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "MBO") regarding blueberry new variety intellectual property. According to the agreement, MBO will license several patent intellectual properties to Ai Meizhuang Group, allowing the company to plant and commercially operate the licensed varieties in the agreed area. The cooperation between the wholly-owned subsidiary Ai Meizhuang Group and MBO on blueberry new varieties aims to build a long-term stable cooperation system based on the strategic layout and resource advantages of both parties. This will further optimize the company's variety resource structure and provide continuous variety support for the growth and quality improvement of the blueberry business in the future.
