Zhong Miao Holdings (01471) announced that the board of directors has noticed a recent increase in the company's share price and trading volume. After conducting a reasonable inquiry into the relevant circumstances regarding the company, the board of directors confirmed that, apart from the disclosed information below, the board of directors is not aware of any reasons for such price or trading volume fluctuations, or any material that must be disclosed to avoid false markets for the company's securities, or any insider information that must be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission to convert approximately 106 million shares of non-listed domestic shares into H shares.
