DOWWAY (08403) announced that as of February 9, 2026, Mr. Li Huaguo, Mr. Yan Jinghui, and Mr. Dong Kejia have resigned as executive directors, while Mr. Lian Mingcheng has resigned as a non-executive director; and Ms. Xu Shuang and Mr. Ma Lin have resigned as independent non-executive directors. Mr. Sun Wei has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; while Mr. Huang Xiaodi has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, but remains as an executive director and CEO. In addition, Ms. Zhou Yuyan has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, while Ms. Xu Shuang has resigned as a member of the audit committee.
